| Cart Policy |
Players and Caddies shall walk at all times during qualifying rounds, except when permitted to ride by the Rules Committee. Players are not required to have a caddie; they may carry their clubs or use a manual or motorized pull cart.
Anyone seeking a golf cart due to a disability defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should contact the PGA TOUR Competition Department at 904/285-3700 to obtain information on procedures for submitting such requests. All such request due to temporary injuries or impairments that do not qualify as a “disability” under the ADA will not be granted.

| Code of Conduct |
While on host facility property during qualifying rounds; players and caddies shall conduct themselves in a professional manner. PGA TOUR reserves the right to remove a player from the qualifying competition for; non competitiveness; conduct unbecoming a professional by the player; conduct unbecoming a professional by the players’ caddie.

| Dress Code |
Players: While on the host facility property, players shall present a neat appearance in both clothing and personal grooming. Blue jeans, shorts, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn.
Caddies: While on the host facility property, caddies may wear either long pants or tailored solid colored knee length shorts. Blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn. Smooth rubber sole shoes are required. Golf shoes with traditional metal or soft spikes are prohibited.

| Eligibility |
Professionals and Amateurs with a handicap index when applied to the qualifying course slope will generate a handicap of two (2) or less. The Nationwide Tour reserves the right to verify the handicap index of amateurs and to refuse anyone not meeting the requirements.

| Footwear |
The use of traditional metal spikes is permitted during the Competition. Soft spikes may be required during practice rounds at the discretion of the host facilities.

| Format |
Play will be 18-holes of stroke play. There will be a minimum of four (4) qualifying spots with normally fourteen (14) spots available. Any ties for the final qualifying spot(s) or alternate positions will be settled by a sudden-death playoff commencing immediately following the completion of play. The PGA Section will split the field (at random) between two courses. All qualifying and alternate positions will be prorated based on the number of contestants at each course. REQUESTS FOR A SPECIFIC GOLF COURSE OR ANY OTHER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED.

| Playoff |
A tie for the final qualifying position shall be resolved by a sudden death playoff on the same day as the Tournament’s final round, starting at the hole designated on the local rules sheet or otherwise determined by the Official in Charge. There will also be a playoff for any tie for alternate spots. |
| Refund Policy |
Prior to Deadline - Participants may withdraw from an event prior to an entry deadline. There will be a $15 administrative fee applied to all refunds.
After the Deadline - Participants who properly withdraw from an event by notifying the TPGA Tournament Department after the entry deadline but before their appointed starting time, will be granted refunds in the following circumstances. For reasons due to a medical incapacitation (written doctors verification required), or in the event of the death of an immediate family member, all refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee and appeals may be sent to the Tournament Committee c/o the TPGA Tournament Director. Tournament Director reserves the right to withhold any money which have been guaranteed to the host facility. |
| Rules of Golf |
Play shall be governed in accordance with the Rules of Golf of the United States Golf Association, as modified by the Nationwide Tour Local Rules and Conditions of Competition card and supplemented by the Notice to Competitors. Questions or disputes shall be settled by the on site Rules Committee appointed by the PGA TOUR, whose decision shall be final.

| Spectator Carts |
Spectator Carts will not be permitted in any TPGA Section Event, unless authorized by the TPGA Tournament Committee / Director prior to the event. For all other events, Spectator cart policies will be determined in conjunction with the Host Club/Course’s policies. |
| Withdraw Policies |
If a participant needs to withdraw from an event, he or she must contact the TPGA Tournament Department as soon as practicable. During an event, if a player wishes to withdraw he/she must notify a member of the Rules Committee or an official representative to avoid any fines or suspensions |
