Individual Match Play;
Section is divided into two geographic regions (East & West);
EAST Region - Chattanooga Chapter, Knoxville Chapter, and Tri-Cities
WEST Region - Middle Tennessee and West Tennessee
Each round will be given approximately 3 weeks to play the match; Failure to play the match on time will result in coin flip; Those that qualify for the Final Four will receive POY points as well as a payout from the purse.

| Eligibility |

| Tennessee Section Assistant Professionals (Classification of A-8) and Apprentices (Classification of B) in good standing at the time of the deadline. Participants must also meet the eligiblity requirments as of the finals (August 26th). |

| Field Size |

| Each Region will have a total of 16 spots for a total of 32 players total. Once the region is full players will be put on the waiting list for their region. |
|
| Site |

Every effort will be made to ensure initial rounds are conducted at the local level. Both players must agree to the site selected and every effort must be made to reach and equitable solution.
Final two (2) players from each region advance to the Finals at (Hermitage Golf Course) August 26th. Two matches guarateed at the Finals. |

Places 5-8 points will be grouped and divided. 9 pts per player. |

| Tees |
|---|
| Yardage range for invidual matches should be the back tees of any course, however, should not exceed 6,900 yards. The lower (top) seed must determine the tees to be played before the match begins. Female participants will play as close to 88% of the men's yardage. Range must be between 85%-90% for females. |
